Pioneer utilizes full time quality professionals known as quality assurance Engineers. Quality assurance plan is developed upon award as part of the project Execution plan The Quality assurance supervisor is independent of the work to authority to identify documents and quality related issues. Quality control supervisor work closely with the project management and other team members to identify and resolved any issue of the design, Engineering, procurement or construction management activities. Our Safety Policy
Pioneer Safety policy require that every employee and official of the company is unreservedly committed to achieving our ultimate safety target, which is ZERO INCIDENTS.

Basic training in health and safety to new employees and subcontract workers, and to ensure that wherever new plant or variation in systems of work are introduce, then the appropriate safety orientation is given.
